Will an independent garage affect my warranty?

No, not if the work is carried out correctly. Every service we carry out follows your manufacturer’s specific schedule, so your warranty stays fully protected, whether you’re a few months in or a few years into ownership.

Many of the parts checked during a routine EV or hybrid service are the same as you’d find on a petrol or diesel car. The difference is the high-voltage components, and those need specific training to check safely. Our technicians hold that training, so nothing gets missed and nothing gets rushed.

Do I still need to service my EV once the warranty’s ended?

Yes, and it matters more than a lot of people expect. We’d recommend a service at least once a year, or roughly every 12,000 miles, whichever comes first.

At each service, we’ll check things like:

Brake condition and wear
Tyre condition and pressures
Battery system health
Engine oil and lubricant levels and condition (on hybrids)
